Ensuring prompt and high-quality repairs is an urgent concern of every owner of
industrial equipment. Complex equipment consists of a huge number of parts wich
are under heavy load, and the failure of some of them is a painful, but pretty

as "hidden", since it is no longer possible to check their quality after
completion, and in this situation, the qualification of employees and strict
technological control during execution are of great importance.
Properly executed commissioning plays an important role in the process of
smoothly integrating the equipment being launched into the entire technological
chain of the enterprise, providing all key indicators for this equipment and
well-coordinated interaction with adjacent sites. Neglecting this process can

Most of the moving (mobile) industrial equipment - such as all kinds of cranes,
stackers, reclaimers, ship loading machines - moves along steel rails. And if
these rails are displaced in a horizontal or vertical axis, it can cause both
ordinary malfunctions and cause an accident. Deviation of the rail gauge from
the specified more then acceptable tolerance may even cause the crane to fall
down.
